Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Culver City, California
Hourly Pay Rate: $23/hr
ShiftNight: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Day: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Position Type: Per Diem Position
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Provide mobility assistance to patients, including turning, positioning, and transferring them.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Report any changes in patients' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
- Help with patient admission, discharge, and transportation processes.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current certification as a CNA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
