United Health Care Staffing is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Near Petoskey, MI
Location: Petoskey, MI
Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift Type: Nights
Hours/Day: 12
Shift Notes: 36 hours per week
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Clinical Expertise: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the "Caring-Quality Model."
- Knowledge: Pursue continuous professional development through certifications, advanced training, higher education, and ongoing literature reviews.
- Leadership/Credibility: Exhibit leadership by sharing expertise, serving as a clinical resource, and embodying professional integrity.
- Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills through fostering collegial relationships, utilizing SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation), and engaging in interdisciplinary dialogue.
- Productivity: Showcase strong time management abilities and support team performance through assistance and collaboration.
- Other Duties: Fulfill additional responsibilities aligned with job objectives and unit-specific competency-based criteria.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Travel: Highly preferred.
- BLS (AHA)
- Michigan provided.
