Steel Mill is seeking a Casting Supervisor to Manage, Train & Develop a Team, ensuring Safety, Quality & Productions goals are met in their Caster Operations.

Location: Nationwide || Multiple Opportunities - Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, Mountain West

Compensation: $100-$110k

Job Description:
- Lead, Train & Develop a Team of Caster Operators
- Ensures Safety, Quality, Cost & Productions Goals are met
- Assists in the Development & Implementation of Operational Procedures for the Caster Area
- Participates in the Commissioning, Final Testing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Caster Equipment
- Develops Shift Work Schedule
- Participates in Candidate Interviews during the Hiring Process
- Conducts Employee Performance Reviews
- Collaborates with other Melt Shop Staff to Ensure Top Performance
- Leads & Implements Continuous Improvement Activities

Requirements:
- 3 Years Steel Mill Casting Experience
- 3 Years Management or Engineering Experience in Steel Mills or Heavy Industrial Environment
- Technical Knowledge of Melt Shop & Caster Operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management Preferred
