Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location/Address: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $18 - 19/ hour
Patient Volume/day/week: 10-15 patients a day
Shift Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Description:
- Check in/out, working tasks, answering inbound calls, minimal insurance verifications, outbound faxes, and patient scheduling.
- Ideal Start Date: ASAP
- Dress Code: scrubs
About Avondale Site:
- Seeking a friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to assist with patient Check-in/Check-out, calls, patient scheduling and billing inquiries, while proactively communicating with the Clinician on changes to the daily schedule or escalated concerns.
- NextGen EMR familiarity is a plus.
- Needing a proactive professional communicator who looks out for the best interest of the internal team and patients. Capable of remaining calm under stressful situations if they happen to feel overwhelmed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills is a must
