As a result, we are seeking additional Interview Appointment Setters/HR Recruiters to join our team! These are entry level positions where you will be responsible for helping to answer applicants' questions about job openings, pre-screening candidates, setting interview appointments and active talent sourcing through various means. We work with automotive companies nationwide, assisting them in their hiring needs, by helping them recruit applicants/new hires for various positions in their organization.

Ideally we are seeking candidates who are familiar with Automotive SERVICE, who possess the ability to talk to automotive technician & mechanic candidates about their experience and skill level, and potentially assist them with setting an interview with our automotive dealer clients.

** FULL TIME & PART TIME OPENINGS AVAILAVBLE -Some VERY Flexible **

If you have worked in a dealership or service center as a service writer or advisor, an assistant service manager or service manager, or worked in a hiring capacity at a franchise or independent dealer, or secondary shop/service center-we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

-Review incoming resume replies

-Contact/recruit qualified applicants for our clients' job openings

-Provide accurate information to interested applicants about the positions our clients are trying to fill

-Answer the incoming calls of interested applicants

-Document and update our records and our clients records based on interaction

-Generate new automotive clients through phone and email utilizing our industry database

Qualifications:

-Previous automotive dealership or service center experience is a huge plus

-Experience as a Service Advisor/Automotive Service Management Role/Service Hiring Role/Appointment Setter/BDC experience is a plus

-Experience using job boards and hiring sites is a HUGE Plus

-Customer service experience

-Cold-calling or outbound call center experience (this job requires you to be on the phone ALL DAY)

-Good computer skills, ability to type at a reasonable speed

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-HIGH ATTENTION to Detail is a MUST

-Ability to build rapport with clients

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Positive and professional demeanor

-Reliable transportation

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 9a-8p & Occasional Saturday, 3 hours

(Full Time Shifts Typically: Mon-Fri 9a-5p / Part Time Shifts Typically: Between 3p-8p)

$ Compensation based on experience & will be discussed at the interview $

Pay: Up to $33,000.00 per year
