SUMMARY
Regional Support Specialist (RSS) serves as the primary expert and leader of all bank support in their defined region. Provides support to the employees by serving as contact for inquiries, issues and problems concerning policies and procedures.
The RSS team leads the bank to gain operational efficiency within their region by providing support and consistent / accurate responses.
The RSS also identifies areas of operational weakness and works diligently to improve those areas.
