Includes Paid Training, a 40 hour work week (or less), a WEEKLY BASE plus commission and a culture of winning, incentives and personal development.

In joining our entry level sales and marketing team, this personal development program is designed to give all candidates an opportunity to grow their communication skills, industry knowledge, routines, healthy habits and familiarity within a booming industry all while making top dollar.

As a full time entry-level sales and marketing representative you’ll be trained in communication skills, negotiation tactics and strategic planning. Successful people in this program are our first choice for management, recruiters, inside sales, field sales and internal support.

Primary Duties: Find and identify homes that could potentially qualify for solar and schedule them for a free in-home assessment with one of our solar professionals, to find out if they qualify to go solar at no cost to them.

Entry Level Sales and Marketing Compensation:

• Yearly base of $40,000
• Paid training!
• Commission and bonuses paid out weekly & monthly based on performance
• Average Annual income of $70,000, with top performers earning $120,000
• Incentives run regularly, including trips outside the country

Entry Level Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with potential customers to schedule appointments
• Meet your weekly and monthly selling quotas
• Attend daily/weekly virtual and in person meetings
• Manage assigned territory to maximize efficiency
• Must be self driven and highly motivated
• Strong and consistent work ethic
• Qualify potential customers for solar and home improvement solutions

Entry Level Sales and Marketing Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Proven track record setting and achieving goals
• Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Applicants must be 18 years old or older
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Must have cell phone with data and internet
• Candidates offered employment will be subject to a criminal background check

Pay: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
