Job Description:

Our family-owned and operated business, United Auto Recyclers, is conveniently located just south of 60th & Q St. in Omaha, Ne. and has been selling quality, recycled, automotive parts for over 40 years. With the increase demand in used quality parts, we are looking for someone to join our high performing sales team. This ambitious individual has an opportunity to grow their pay potential to more than $100,000 / year by establishing relationships, pursing patrons, and fulfilling the needs of new customers.

Essential Functions:

United Auto Recyclers will train the ideal candidate who possesses experience with customer service in a fast pace environment. They must be an organized, independent, and pro-active self-starter. In the high-volume inbound calls, they must be able to qualify the customer, assess their needs, obtain non-stock products, sell warranties, and finish sales. The candidate should possess strong customer service and communication aptitudes, problem resolution skills, team player and have a positive professional outlook.

Day to Day tasks:

  • Receive inbound inquiry calls-clarifying needs, offering and explaining alternatives
  • Verify inventory
  • Sell in-stock inventory
  • Broker external inventory
  • Keep orderly records of all work orders, invoices, credits and pertinent paperwork
  • Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain clear and organized work area
  • Must perform as a team player
  • Call back / follow up on quotes that did not end in a sale
  • Promptly processes customer requests for core returns
  • Quickly addresses customers complaints and concerns

Experience Required:

  • Direct customer service experience
  • Positive professional attitude
  • Computer experience including excel, word, and outlook
  • Bilingual a plus but not necessary
