UNITED APARTMENT GROUP is Hiring an Assistant Community Manager Near San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Oversee the leasing process, including conducting tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations.
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the community.

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents.
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to leasing and property management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
