About the role

We are hiring for an Implementation Manager to help us further our mission.

This key role will be focused on delivering an implementation experience from contract signature to go-live in order to enable our customers to utilize our platform as their financial crimes fighting platform. You will provide guidance and solutions for our customer’s data integration, system calibration and initial training. 

In order to be successful within the role, one must: (1) understand the requirements for each phase of the implementation process, (2) evaluate customer’s use cases and prescribe effective, impactful solutions (3) learn how frontend functionality works and how it correlates with its backend data structure, (4) go live with the system within 3-4 months from initial kick off.

What you will be doing:

• Advise on delivery strategy and drive adoption of our products and solutions by understanding the customer’s business goals and environment and leveraging technical proficiency to help implementing or develop appropriate solutions

• Successfully manage a number of engagements concurrently

• Collaborate with solutions engineers to manage the end to end delivery of the projects

• Effectively manage escalations, scope change and implementation of projects or programs including monitoring project quality, timeline, risk and performance

• Delight our customers by delivering solutions that meet their expectations and effectively transform their business

• Inform customers of our product development roadmap with concrete examples, while setting appropriate customer expectations

• Complete delivery and process hand off to Customer Success Manager

What we are looking for: 

• 5 years of hands-on solution architecture, implementation and delivery experience

• Ability to understand, visualize, document the pivotal role that various data points play in a various scenarios (and context) along with their multitude of outcomes

• In-depth knowledge and experience implementing data integration projects and configurations

• Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups

• Enterprise Experience communicating effectively with multiple stakeholder groups in large companies and collaborating with them in unison

• Experience managing projects with multiple requirements and agendas while maintaining holistic plan and driving to agreed upon schedule

• A healthy sense of risk to proactively manage risk and stay one step ahead of any challenges

• Outstanding communication and problem solving skills, customer focus and results oriented

• Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base

• A love for and ability to multitask, take ownership, and deal with ambiguity

Compensation:

The standard base pay range for this role is $110,00.00 - $140,000.00 Annually. This base pay range does not include variable compensation including potential commissions, bonuses or other financial or equity incentives.
