Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time schedule delivery, exceeding client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the field to drive construction progress and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager(s) to maintain and update project schedules as needed.
• Serve as an exceptional relationship manager for all sub-contractors, fostering a fair, safe, and clean working environment.
• Oversee the snagging list and proactively drive timely completion.

Your Experience:

• 6 years of proven experience as a Site Manager, demonstrating your expertise in delivering successful projects.
• Experience in overseeing and leading diverse teams of sub-contractors, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
• Significant experience with commercial interior fit-outs, showcasing your knowledge and skills in this specialised area.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role, enabling you to effectively manage project documentation and communication.
• Strong dedication to providing exceptional client satisfaction, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• A natural motivator and team builder, inspiring and empowering your team members to deliver their best.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets the highest standards.
• A quick thinker who can effectively problem-solve, adapting to changing circumstances and making sound decisions.
