Hourly Rate: $14.78
Job Description: Performs basic clerical duties in a busy office setting including, but not limited to, answering telephone, greeting public, data entry and filing.
Position Responsibilities: Will work Monday – Friday 8am – 2:30pm.
Competencies: Excellent computer skills. Ability to maintain and update filing and mailing system. Ability to maintain routine clerical records. Excellent time management skills.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and two years related experience OR Associate degree with one year experience. Prefer experience with Quick Books and some accounting/ bookkeeping experience.
