Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-line support to the WMS users, identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise
• Monitor the WMS system, identifying any errors, bugs, or issues that arise and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with internal IT and external vendors to maintain and improve the WMS system, identifying potential enhancements or upgrades
• Act as the first point of contact for all WMS-related queries, working with users to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide training and support to new WMS users, ensuring they are thoroughly familiar with the system's functionality.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring that any changes or updates are fully documented and communicated to relevant parties
• Actively participate in the testing and implementing of new WMS system features and functionality, ensuring that any changes are thoroughly tested and communicated to stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance and availability of the WMS system, proactively identifying potential issues and working to mitigate any risks
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on WMS systems
• Understanding of warehouse management processes and concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail
