Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers with friendly and positive attitude
• Meet daily pick-up and delivery schedule
• Detecting freight damages at the time of pick-up
• Data entry via hand device
• Working in tandem with the company policies
• Maintain company vehicle appearance
• Completing all tasks as assigned by the dispatcher
• Use of hand truck, pallet jack and forklift
• Assist with unloading and loading trailers
• Assist wherever needed to help generate revenue

• Familiar with receiving and shipping processes
• Flexible with a willingness to assist in any area (For example – drive a truck as well as a box truck when applicable)
• Be able to meet deadlines and deliver their shipments on time to the correct place in good condition

Qualifications

• High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
• Pass Background Check / Drug Screen
• Class A driver with about 2-3 years of experience
• Able to work full-time, weekends and nights includes
• Valid Class A Driver License
• Able to work in a warehouse environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
