Business Analyst

Location: Buena Park
We are seeking a Business Analyst who is passionate about accounting, building innovative products, and making a significant impact on a wide range of transportation and fulfillment industry. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance/accounting solutions, enabling seamless transactions for millions of merchants and customers.
You will work on:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business requirements and goals.
- Assists in developing and leading execution of growth strategy for the product line. Responsible for driving adoption of product/program initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven insights and decision-making.
- Conduct process analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work with IT development teams to develop and implement technology solutions to support business goals and requirements.
- Conduct training and support for end-users on business processes and systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for transportation and warehouse operations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management, testing, and implementation.
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant product management experience or equivalent, and preferably with financial services experience. Proven experience as a business analyst in the accounting or finance industry.
- Strong understanding of product management, product development and project management in IT industry.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Experience with business process analysis and optimization. • A metrics-driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions.
- An ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative process.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of putting yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs and how they interact with products.
- Ability to make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority, and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity, and complexity.
- Multi-language, especially Chinese, is a plus
