Unique Wireless is hiring a Full-time Sales Associate in the Muncie, Indiana location. Unique Wireless is the leading wireless company in Indiana specializing in discount "No Contract" wireless plans on Verizon and AT&T Wireless. Unique Wireless is also a nationwide Dish Network and DirecTV retailer. This is a fast paced and fun environment providing the latest products and service to wireless customers.

• Offer consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours
• Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the store
• Cash, credit card and other payment media handling
• Create an environment for discovery in your store that sparks new ideas for using mobile communications
• Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships
• Maximize customer experience by offering solutions as opposed to pushing products
• Other Duties may be assigned.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

• Candidate must achieve sales goals and new account acquisition targets as assigned by Management

• Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience.

• Basic computer skills.
• Aptitude for sensing and responding to the range of shopping types.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Creating new wireless accounts for consumers.

-Assisting customers with renewals and support of existing accounts.

-Basic in store marketing to build traffic with exciting promotional offers.

-Opening and closing store duties.

-Managing Inventory levels.

-Customer service and sales experience helpful.
