Headquartered in Fort Mill, SC, the company has an immediate opening for an dependable and experienced Delivery Driver to deliver rugs to our customers in the Greater Charlotte area. The ideal candidate would have prior delivery driver experience, a can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer service when delivering rugs. Taking utmost care of the delivery.
• Must have more than 3 years of delivery driving experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean DMV driving record.
• Follow FMCSA guidelines. A current DOT Medical card or willingness to take the physical exam
• Ability to lift and carry between 50–100 lbs. by yourself. 
• Ability to squat, bend and climb stairs as necessary
• Have reliable transportation to and from our corporate office and adhere to work schedules
• Willingness to work rain or shine in all temperatures.
• Background screen and drug test are required as part of our hiring process in addition to random screening as necessary

Standard duties:

• Monday Thru Friday Shift 8am-5pm. May require overtime or weekends as needed.
• Work vehicles must be operated in a safe manner at all times, following all speed and other rules of the road
• Perform daily inspections of your vehicle as outlined
• Loading and organizing vehicle for efficient and timely deliveries
• Work independently or with assistance as necessary. 
• Logging and reporting daily activities.
• May be required to work in the warehouse as a warehouse associate or complete intermarket deliveries from one Unique warehouse to another depending upon volume of deliveries.
