Full-Time Customer Service / Data Entry Representative - We offer a chance to work with vehicles most people only dream about, competitive wages and a positive work environment.

We are a growing collector car dealership based in Mankato, MN.

Saturday's 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. required

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers upon entrance
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Assist salesman with Consignment Agreements, and Vehicle Intake Forms. Take clear picture of vehicle's VIN and odometer.
• Work with car porter to take incoming pictures, apply FastTrack sticker and stock tag.
• Write repair orders and distribute to the correct department, including detail package.
• Assist salesman with vehicle test drive videos, if necessary, whether its driving or videoing.
• Let detail know if there are any incoming cars in dire need of a basic wash, or just a wipe down in the showroom.
• Keep showroom floor clear of grease, oil, and coolant spots, and occasionally sweep.
• Enters consignments and purchases. (Verifies accuracy of year, make, model and VIN. Confirms picture of VIN and picture of title match.)
• Assign stock numbers to vehicles.
• Organize and work registration at all shows.
• Gather flyers, signage and assist with set up and tear down of shows.
• Assist customers with retail merchandise purchases.

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
