A Unique Automotive Sales Manager opportunity....We are seeking a Self Motivated highly skilled with Automotive Sales Manager with Dealership experience to oversee the Sales Team while ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow and the overall success of the sales department.

Prior experience in a dealership Sales Department, automotive sales, or in the selling of financial products

Excellent leadership skills,with the ability to motivate our team

Strong knowledge of automotive processes

Ford experience is a plus

Your main goal and responsibility will be working close with our sales staff and Finance, working on and closing deals as well as manage and monitor salespeople's daily sales activity and minimize downtime, setting goals, coaching & training to improve performance and development of sales staff with a positive professional attitude.

Work with Salespeople to determine the best vehicle selection for customer needs and wants as well as assist sales team members with closing deals

Work with Sales people to contact customers by phone, text and email to help drive traffic and produce deals

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) scores

Ensuring that the sales department is organized, clean and well-maintained at all time

Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers

Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options

Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and not be playing on your phone all day

Back Up Finance (when needed)

Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship

Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
