Overview:
As a Moulding Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our moulding warehouse. You will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products by overseeing the moulding process and ensuring that all products meet our standards. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Moulding Operations:
- Set up and operate moulding machines according to specifications.
- Monitor the moulding process to ensure products are being produced to the required standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to identify any defects or issues.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

Material Handling:
- Receive incoming materials and supplies for the moulding process.
- Maintain inventory levels and organize materials in the warehouse.
- Transport materials to and from the moulding area using forklifts or other equipment.
- Ensure that materials are stored properly and in accordance with safety regulations.

Quality Assurance:
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Reject and report any products that do not meet quality standards.
- Document all quality control procedures and maintain accurate records.

Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and standards governing the moulding process.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain moulding equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Identify any maintenance or repair needs and report them to the appropriate personnel.

Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably with moulding operations.
- Familiarity with moulding equipment and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
