Unique Creations is Hiring a Delivery Driver Near Moncks Corner, SC
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team at Unique Creations. This role involves safely delivering floral arrangements, plants, and gift items to customers' locations while providing excellent customer service. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport floral arrangements, plants, and gift items to customers' homes, offices, and event venues.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, following designated routes and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients, presenting deliveries with care, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist with loading and unloading floral arrangements, plants, and supplies from the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and management regarding delivery schedules and customer feedback.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle.
- Represent the florist shop in a professional manner, maintaining a positive image and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or courier services preferred.
- Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods, with the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including floral arrangements and plants.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering orders accurately and on time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $800.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
