Overview:

Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of a Fill-In Janitor for a secured facility in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will maintain buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. 

The successful candidate will work up to 8 hours per week and will maintain the assigned buildings in a clean and orderly condition. We are looking to fill this position with candidates who are detail oriented, provide excellent customer service and who have flexible schedules.

Duties:

• Clean and service restrooms.
• Clean, sweep, scrub floors
• Dust and empty trash containers.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: 

M.T.W 20 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $16.60

• Minimum 1 years janitorial experience.
• High School Diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
• Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
• Background screening that requires fingerprints
• Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
• Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment a Plus!
• Stripping and waxing floors experience a Plus!
