```Duties```:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for patients
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents in accordance with established policies
```Requirements```:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to provide patient care with compassion, empathy, and respect
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for patients' needs
- Familiarity with hospice care is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
