Requirements:

· Must be experienced in sales and be able to meet a monthly/yearly goal including motivating a team to hit monthly/yearly goals

· Must have strong customer service skills, and ensure client satisfaction

· Must be able to manage a team, and the day-to-day operations of the spa

· Knowledge of spa products, medical cosmetic procedures and inventory management

· Excellent cost control skills.

· Assume responsibility/accountability.

· Creative problem-solving skills

Job Duties: **

· Manage day-to-day operation of the spa, including; reception, consultations with clients

· Able to recommend enhanced services

· Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, conflict management, business building, skill enhancement and goal setting.

· Ensuring spa treatment quality controls, including service, cleanliness, and product usage

· Managing purchase orders for professional treatment, and operational supplies

· Development of sales targets and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual goals and strategy for increase in sales

· Create and monitor spa programs for clients and evaluate effectiveness of existing or newly added programs. Implement monthly promotions and programs and special events.

· Responsible for inventory management within the spa

· Deal with guest complaints/concerns and try to resolve problems independently whenever possible.

· Provide an unequaled spa experience for our guests and associates.

· Meet regularly with owner and attend meetings as required

· Assist in short- and long-range strategic planning to ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
