The Brookline Shop Supervisor will lead our team of donut slingers and baristas to ongoing success! They will assist the management team with shop operations to create and maintain the Union Square Donuts experience for our guests & employees. They must be a great communicator, hard-working, detail orientated and a leader-by-example for the team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads team members and directs all daily operations of the donut shop in the absence of the Manager
- Demonstrates consistent situational awareness
- Demonstrates and ensures fast, accurate and outstanding customer service designed to exceed our customer’s expectations
- Ensures all products are consistently prepared and served with company standards.
- Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
- Maintains a clean store environment
- The Shift Leader is responsible for opening and closing the store in a manner consistent with Company procedures
- Ensures all food preparation is complete and consistent with USD standards of quality
- Manages employee breaks and shift changes
- Assists in the training of new team members
- Excels in performing all Team Member tasks
- Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
- Assists the Store Manager with day-to-day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and team development
- Responsible for maintaining accurate daily Point of Sale and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 months supervisory experience

Working conditions
Mornings and evenings. Weekends required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
