Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Special Education Resource Specialist (RSP teacher) and make a real difference in the lives of our students!

In this highly supportive and collaborative role, you will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure that all
students receive the individualized support they need to succeed. As part of the Union School District Special Education and Union Middle School team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum
- Provide staff training and professional development
- Collect and analyze data to inform instruction
- Write reports and proposals to secure funding for special education programs
- Assess students' progress and make recommendations for interventions
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and school administration to improve instruction
- Serve on committees and task forces related to special education

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual with a strong commitment to special education. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in special education or a related field, as well as experience working with students with disabilities.

Requirements / Qualifications
Valid CA Education Specialist - Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate and/or RSP Credential
Preferred: Autism Spectrum Disorder Authorization
Completed Edjoin Certificated application along with requested documents.
