Parlor Doughnuts is a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including our original layered doughnuts; vegan, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee. Our goal is to efficiently deliver a superior product, at a moderate price, with exceptional service, in a comfortable setting.
The Den Manager is a leader who exemplifies Parlor values and upholds standards and policies. The Den Manager is responsible for the den and ensures that all doughnuts served meet or exceed the Parlor standard. The Den Manager is also responsible for training/managing Den Team Members and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. As a Den Manager inventory oversight is crucial to proper function.
Duties & Responsibilities

3. Manage inventory relating to doughnuts, including dough, toppings, glazes, etc.
Qualifications

3. Base of culinary knowledge

5. Able to prioritize multiple tasks in fast environment
6. Physical stamina to withstand a full shift potentially on their feet
7. Conflict resolution
Education and Experience
1. Practical experience in various food service positions
2. Must obtain/maintain ServSafe® or State certification
3. Knowledge/training/certification in kitchen emergencies (First Aid, CPR, Fires)
4. Customer service experience a plus
5. Management experience a plus
