Union Marine is the largest retail boat dealership in the Pacific Northwest and we are looking for an experienced Marine Service Manager in our Milton/Fife location to join our Union Marine team.

The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, the ability to manage and motivate other team members, possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, experience managing department budget and profitability, possess basic computer skills, and be able to function well in a time-sensitive and busy work environment. Familiarity with IDS and dealership warranty processes is a plus. While prior marine dealership experience is preferred, we will consider candidates with prior management experience and a demonstrated ability to bring innovation and vision to optimize department and company productivity.

This position is an FSLA exempt salaried position. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience. Bonus opportunities for reaching obtainable performance goals are also available for the right candidate.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
