Landscape Crew Leader expectations: The Landscape Crew Leader should be capable of reading a project plan and seeing it through to completion. This person should be able to visualize the project and fully understand the installation process. He/she is responsible for overseeing project planning, organization, and execution. The Crew Leader will ensure that the crew represents the company with the highest standard of professionalism, safety, and quality of work. The Crew Leader must be decisive, efficient, and technically capable. The Crew Leader will lead a crew of 1-3 team members.
