Union III Outdoor Living is Hiring a Landscape Crew Leader Near Marysville, OH

Union III Outdoor Living is a landscape construction & maintenance company focused on providing its customers with exceptional service and craftsmanship. Join our team of hardscape and horticulture professionals that are committed to the landscape profession.

Landscape Crew Leader expectations: The Landscape Crew Leader should be capable of reading a project plan and seeing it through to completion. This person should be able to visualize the project and fully understand the installation process. He/she is responsible for overseeing project planning, organization, and execution. The Crew Leader will ensure that the crew represents the company with the highest standard of professionalism, safety, and quality of work. The Crew Leader must be decisive, efficient, and technically capable. The Crew Leader will lead a crew of 1-3 team members.

Qualifications:

  • Landscaping experience: 2-3 years (Required)
  • Landscape construction experience to include familiarity with Oberfields, Unilock, or similar products.
  • Carpentry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with operating skid loaders, and other earth moving equipment/attachments.
  • Capable of working 45-50 hours per week.
  • Valid Drivers License (Required)

Daily Duties:

  • Reviews work order with designer/owner
  • Maintains crew equipment, truck, trailer, and machinery
  • Read scaled plans, and paint out construction site
  • Release material orders for delivery
  • Directs crews daily activities
  • Track all materials, and project completion status
  • Communicate with clients as needed
  • Problem solve on-site issues
  • On site training for team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
