Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Union Healthcare is seeking a part-time/ PRN COTA to complete in-home visits. Candidates must feel comfortable with adult/geriatric clients with multiple problems ranging from generalized weakness to cardiac, neuro and ortho conditions.
We are seeking those that are driven by witnessing their client's transformation back to functioning independently from receiving one-on-one treatments in their own home.
Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal/written communication and teaching skills as well as feel comfortable with electronic documentation. Candidates with previous home care, outpatient, acute rehab or skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required.

Requirements
- Active IN COTA license
- Willing to travel – We service the Marion Co territories ie; East / NW and downtown area – but we are growing and ask for travel flexibility
- Able to commit to see patients a minimum of three days per week as a PRN / part-time employee
- Minimum of one year of COTA experience; preferably in the home health setting
- Active CPR
- Electronic documentation experience
- Able to complete a training in office
