POSITION SUMMARY
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) you will be part of a team that strives to uphold Unio Health Partners' mission of providing the highest level of care. You will be responsible for prepping the patient to see the physician, documenting the patient's medical history, and providing exceptional customer service. This position goes above and beyond for our patients to take the stress out of each doctor's visit.
What you will be doing

• Provide a variety of patient care tasks including preparation of patients to be seen by physicians, diagnostic tests, and assisting with urological treatments
• Document and maintain patient's medical history
• Perform administrative tasks: Sending patient medical records, verifying insurances, scheduling appointments, obtaining lab/imagining reports
• Setting up and sterilizing instruments and equipment and maintaining exam rooms cleaned and stocked
• Places and removing catheters

What you will bring to the team

• Currently licensed to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of California
• Experience working in a Urology office preferred
• Experience with PTNS, Urodynamics, and Biofeedback, a plus
• Experience with computer-based practice management, electronic medical records are strongly preferred
• Bilingual-Spanish and English preferred
