TITLE: IT Specialist
PERFORMANCE SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The IT Specialist’s tasks include, but are not limited to, maintaining and improving the technical systems of the company to ensure all employees have the technology and resources needed to complete their work and that the organization’s data is protected and meets business continuity requirements.
REPORTS TO: Controller
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. 2 to 3 years of experience in a business computing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop and server operating systems, business applications, computer hardware, printers, and network devices. IT Certifications are highly desirable.
