Unilock New York, Inc. - Boston Div is Hiring a Territory Manager - Massachusetts North Shore Near Uxbridge, MA

We currently have an opening for a Territory Manager in our Massachusetts North Shore region. This key position within our organization will report to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong business sense. They must be an enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual who is willing to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills are essential when dealing with multiple departments, customers and vendors. What you can expect

  • Base Salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 with additional monthly sales commission earnings

What you'll do

  • Develop and Execute a Sales Plan to achieve sales growth objectives in the assigned territory
  • Analyze market data, develop and implement the necessary action plans to increase sales results through aggressive prospecting of new accounts in multiple market verticals
  • Maintain a consistent call cycle to customer verticals based on the sales department's guidelines and protocol
  • Introduce key products, new programs, target promotions, and training tools to customers to assist them in growing their sales volume of Unilock products
  • Track all territory-based activities and submits daily sales reports electronically
  • Conduct ongoing education and training sessions for both established and prospect customers through both one on one and group presentations.
  • Participate at all scheduled local association trade shows and events
  • Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

What you need to succeed

  • Must reside within the Massachusetts North Shore Region
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry
  • College degree required, however, equivalent work experience with focus on Business or Manufacturing will be considered
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, with a high sense of urgency, and commitment to providing excellent customer service along with sound problem solving skills to effectively handle customer objections and questions
  • The ideal candidate will possess effective oral and written communication skills and have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Bilingual in Spanish considered a plus
  • Must have A valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
