Under general direction, the Senior UX Designers researches and conceptualizes intuitive user interfaces that meet both user and business objectives. This role works with business stakeholders and software development to shape the information architecture, usability, and interaction design of the digital experience.The work location for this role is flexible if approved by UniGroup except this position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or California. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works closely with business stakeholders, engineers and scrum masters to shape and produce the information architecture, usability, and interaction design of the digital experience. Maintains current industry knowledge and stays abreast of innovations in UX best practices, tools, and topics of interest to the UX community and helps infuse them back into the organization. Develops new types of deliverables, workshops, or presentations as necessary. Plans and conducts user research. Creates wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows to guide developers and designers. Analyzes usage data and traffic patterns. Mentors colleagues outside the UX discipline in UX best practices. Mentors UX Designers. Produces compelling, engaging, user experiences that allow users to accomplish their tasks easily and efficiently while fulfilling sates business requirements, project goals, and product vision. Produces UX deliverables including user flows, sketches at various levels of fidelity, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and other similar tools to demonstrate and to aid the validation of proposed design solutions. Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.Education, License or Certification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Experience:3-5years experience in user interface and user experience design.We foster diversity, in part, by imposing a strict policy of non-discrimination.
