Under general direction of the UX Manager, the Lead UX Designer will lead UX team members focused on providing solutions to enrich customer experiences across a variety of processes. This role implements the UX strategic vision within specified UX domains, provides product feedback and drives delivery across multiple domains.The work location for this role is flexible if approved by UniGroup expect this position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or California. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works as co-owner of the Momentum design system along with other Lead UX Designers. Develops, mentors and grows the skill and capabilities of team members, fostering agile and healthy work culture. Focuses on design improvements and research skill sets. Ensures consistent utilization of design patterns across domains. Maintain current industry knowledge and stay abreast of innovations in UX best practices, tools and topics of interest to the UX community and help to infuse them back into the organization. Coordinates and leads execution of UX deliverables including storyboards, journey maps, prototypes, process flows and screen flows in conjunction with teams within their domains. Develop new types of deliverables, workshops, or presentations as necessary. Manages balancing and delivering competing priorities across various domains to ensure timely delivery of business value. Promotes and instills culture of collaborative and supportive behaviors as well as personal learning and professional development. Performs a variety of other duties as assigned. Education, License or Certification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interactive Design, User Experience or equivalent experience.Experience:5-7 years’ experience in user interface and user experience design.We foster diversity, in part, by imposing a strict policy of non-discrimination.
