Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Director of Security to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and law enforcement.

Duties:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Manage security staff and provide leadership and guidance
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Monitor CCTV systems and oversee surveillance activities
- Handle emergency situations and crisis management effectively
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damages

Experience:
- Proven experience in security management or related field
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, conflict management, and loss prevention techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations
- Background in law enforcement or military is advantageous
- Possession of relevant security certificates is a plus
