Unified Womens Healthcare is the leading national platform for womens healthcare. Our affiliated practice is seeking a Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or a Nurse Pracitioner. Unified Premier Womens Care is a team of board-certified all female physicians that provides a wide variety of womens health needs for women through all stages of their lives. This care center is a One Stop Shop providing services for Bone Density Screening, Ultrasound, Lab, Mammography, Child Birth Classes on site, and Pelvic Floor Therapy.

Position Highlights:

• Work schedule: 8 hour/5-day work week
• Patient Load: 25-35 patients per day
• Out patient only, no delieveries
• No call requirement
• Perform patient exams, screenings, treatments, and record patient health history.
• Prescribe medications, therapies; order/perform and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counseling.
• Assist and work closely with physicians to provide patient care.
• Fully licensed medical team and support staff

Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• National Nurse Practitioner certification
• Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain.
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain.
• CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
• Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff.
• Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician.
• One year of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

Midwife Requirements:

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license

• CPR and NALS Certification

• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

• One year of full-time experience as a CNM is preferred
