JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Program Coordinator will be in the Public Works, Engineering Division. This position will be responsible for day-to-day management of the stormwater rate billing, coordination with the billing agency, responding to citizen calls, managing the credits and appeals. The position will coordinate updates of parcel data and information between Geospatial Services, BPU, and PW Engineering and all other tasks associated with stormwater billing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two years of related program experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.Preferred experience includes knowledge of billing and permitting software, excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to proficiently utilize Microsoft excel or other spreadsheet related software. Ideal candidate would include successful management of existing high-profile project/programs that impact people on a daily basis. Additional requirements include a positive attitude, trustworthiness, and a willingness to contribute to the effort of building a great culture within the Unified Government Public Works Team.
Salary Range:
$25.96-$34.72/hr.
