Job Summary:

The primary role of the Hardware Inventory Coordinator is to maintain incoming hardware both stock and contract. This also includes receiving material and pulling orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull customer orders as directed by Hardware Lead.
• Put stock into designated areas
• Conduct cycle counts as directed
• Assist in quarterly inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain detailed spread sheets as directed by Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong computer literacy skills; proficiency with all Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices
• Previous experience with ERP/MERP systems is a plus
• Must be skilled at problem solving and have a good attention to detail
• Strong detail orientation, follow up and organizational skills
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Forklift certification & experience

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
