Unified Business Technologies is Hiring a Construction Manager Near National Park, CO

Construction Manager

Unified Business Technologies is a full-service general contractor for construction projects in the Colorado area. We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial and or Recreational construction industry, be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects at one time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of construction management (CM) experience on construction projects valued at $10 million or greater.
  • Must have strong oral and communication skills (speak, read, and write fluent English) and experience interacting with senior leaders within an organization.
  • Must have strong skills in the following key areas including strategic thinking, multi-tasking, conflict management, time management, planning and executing to the defined plan etc.
  • Must have prior hands-on experience creating monthly dashboards and reports.
  • Prior Federal government experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

The following disciplines/trades in the building repair: architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, energy efficiency, roofing, lighting, historic preservation, fire protection and life safety, hazardous material abatement. The CM has to provide CM professional and technical services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
