Title: Construction Superintendent

Location: Plainfield, CT

Duration: Full Time

Role Description:

This is an on-site contract role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Superintendent will collaborate closely with the project team, including owners, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget
• Understanding of environmental sustainability and green building practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (such as OSHA) are beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,544.13 - $93,386.48 per year
