As an Inventory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory processes. You will work closely with our inventory manager and other team members to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and facilitate the smooth flow of products within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of products.
• Recording and updating inventory data using inventory management software.
• Organizing and arranging inventory in designated storage areas.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders and inventory reports.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse or storage facility.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
