Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Caterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service. If you have a background in culinary arts and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve food and beverages at events, ensuring high-quality presentation
- Set up and decorate dining areas according to event requirements
- Manage food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or special requests promptly
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas after each event

Experience:

- Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with bussing tables, coffee service, and hotel catering practices is a plus
