RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide direct support to the Asset and Logistics Manager by performing managerial duties related to project and officer, assets and logistics operations while maintaining culture, integrity, and work ethic. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the most qualified and competent personnel are allocated for repairs to assets, be it vendor or UMX personnel. This is measurable by efficient turn-around time for outsourced repairs and/or timeline efficiency for in-house repair.
• Ensure equipment, repair, and/or material ordering is communicated to finance and management team and adheres to compliance policies/procedures.
• Coordinate project assets with the PM Team, Operations Manager, and Dive Superintendents/Supervisors.
• Assist in controlling inventory of rental and UMX owned equipment in shop, on sites, during transportation, and under repair.
• Assist in controlling inventory of certifications and registrations of all assets.
• Assist in controlling all maintenance schedules of all inventoried and rental assets.
• Support client and project needs with Sub-Contractors, Vendors, Clients, and UMX personnel.
• Support client and UMX for assets, logistics, certifications, registrations, maintenance, ordering, and capabilities.
• Thorough filing of correspondence and submittal documentation
• Efficient tracking and distribution of documentation.
• Provide inventory to office, field, and clients of the highest quality, while maintaining efficiencies of price analysis towards purchases.
• Have the ability to travel to different job sites if required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Veterans are highly encouraged to apply. 
• 1 Year Experience in shop or warehouse environment. 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to Pass a Government Background Check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
