Construction Equipment Operator
Works on construction projects by transferring from one task to another where demands require worker with varied experience and ability to work without close supervision by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions:

• Perform general construction for the development of the facility. This involves, but is not limited to, prep work and pouring flooring; painting; building walls; installing electrical distribution systems, lighting, speakers.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Build and install shelving for records storage.
• Perform routine maintenance on various mechanical and non-mechanical equipment, such as forklifts, stock chasers, and bicycles.
• Check various facility systems, such as fire alarms, roof monitors, air vents, Monogram, on a routine basis or as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client records.
