About the Role:
As a Supplement Store Associate and Product Demonstrator, you will be the face of our brand, both in-store and at local gym demonstrations. You will play a vital role in educating customers on the benefits of our products, guiding them in making informed choices, and representing our brand in the fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Store Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about our supplements and health products.
• Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Process sales transactions at the checkout.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

• Product Demonstrations:
• Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations at local gyms.
• Educate gym members about the benefits of our supplements and how they support fitness goals.
• Build relationships with gym staff and management to facilitate ongoing partnership opportunities.
• Collect feedback from participants and report insights to the management team.

• Marketing and Sales:
• Participate in the development of marketing materials for in-store promotions and demonstrations.
• Use upselling techniques to maximize sales.
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in regular training and product knowledge sessions.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for events and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to various local gyms for demonstrations.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and supplements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in fitness or nutrition are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
