Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
- Collaborate with Company Leadership to address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients or upper management
- Manage project budgeting, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and contract management
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Experience in construction estimating and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes

As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. Your skills in project management, budgeting, and contract management will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your ability to effectively communicate with owner and manage a team will contribute to the overall success of the construction projects. If you have experience in using construction management software like ProCore or Prolog, along with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
