Uncorked Kitchen: Assistant Supervisor

Position Overview:

Uncorked Kitchen is on the lookout for a creative, team-oriented assistant supervisor to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for that individual who is looking for a leadership opportunity where they can flourish and grow while providing outstanding hospitality to our guests. The perfect candidate will be open to learning and growing in a collective team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- On-site supervisor for evenings and weekends to support management oversight opposite of the GM.

- Uphold service standards.

- Support the GM in the day-to-day administrative duties including, but not limited to:

o Drafting staff schedules,

o Monthly inventory,

o Stocking/receiving orders,

o Updating menus and maintenance of POS,

o Communicating staff and guest feedback,

o Respond to emails and phone calls,

o Cash handling and management,

o Supporting staff as needed

Employment Type:

This is a part-time, hourly with the potential for transition to full-time employment aligned with business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/leadership experience in a high volume restaurant environment.

- Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks throughout a shift.

- Organized and efficient.

- Attention to detail.

- Deep passion for the guest experience and how your role contributes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
