Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Uncle Nick's team. As a Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the in the day-to-day operations of the store. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a dynamic retail environment.

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and train a team of associates
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and goals
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Skills:
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in store management or assistant management role in restaurant preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively train, motivate, and develop a team
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
