Overview:

The "Key" employee is a hospitable, energetic, and trustworthy person that the General Manager gives the responsibility of assisting in running the day-to-day operations. It is the "Key" employee's responsibility to support, improve, and enhance the efforts of all our team members; while guaranteeing the satisfaction of all our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Exhibit a clear understanding of every department system.
• Exhibit proper cash handling procedures.
• Exhibit the ability to assist with opening and closing properly.
• Assist management team with monthly inventory as needed.
• Work efficiently with systems.
• Display excellence in assisting with events.
• Display basic knowledge of sales and budgets.
• Ensure all property and assets are handled with care to prevent damage or theft by staff, clients, and guests.
• Meet with General Manager monthly to ensure progress towards set goals.
• Maintain positive working relationships and healthy communication with the management team.
• Defer to and support salaried Manager on shift.
• Work in the event of callouts.

Requirements:

• Display an elevated level of professionalism. (i.e.…dress, interactions with staff and guests, punctuality.)
• Satisfactory peer and supervisor assessments of competence, character, and adherence to all applicable values, rules, and policies defined in the Employee Handbook.
• Contribution to teammates and subordinates' development, including but not limited to technical skills, communication with guests, and modeling the standards detailed in the Employee Handbook.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems to mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Self-management: Executes role and responsibilities without needing to be regularly instructed to do so.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
